Summary:
The Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager is responsible for overseeing cost accounting, service line profitability, productivity systems, and strategic financial modeling. This role directly supports executive leadership with data-driven financial insights and capital planning analytics.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on STRATA system utilization, financial modeling, and healthcare reimbursement analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in:

- Cost accounting
- Budgeting
- Decision support
- Experience with STRATA financial software (or similar)
- Healthcare industry experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MHA
- Healthcare or financial certifications
- Experience in:

- Physician compensation structures
