Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid (Newark, NJ – On-site twice per month)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2, with benefits)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, standard business hours)

About the Role
A healthcare-focused organization is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for its health plan segment. This hybrid role blends messaging development, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement and growth across payer audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Shape messaging and positioning for health plan buyers

Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and events

Create targeted content and sales materials tailored to payer needs

Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation teams to align strategy

Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data

Stay informed on healthcare trends and payer market dynamics
Requirements

5+ years of B2B healthcare marketing experience, ideally with payers or health tech

Strong campaign planning and execution skills

Ability to simplify complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging

Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms
Preferred Qualifications

Background in payer marketing or digital health

Understanding of diverse buyer personas in healthcare

Experience creating sales enablement content

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
