We are an export company seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team!

Job requirements:

  • U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
  • Working experience with QuickBooks, SAGE or SAP (all levels) (Required)
  • Working experience with Account Receivable / Account Payables Bookkeeping (Required)
  • Microsoft Office; Excel (Required)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Associate’s degree (Preferred)
  • The candidate must be a self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, teamwork driven and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and think creatively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities based on importance as required.
  • Excellent data entry, and basic- medium accounting skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Record monthly adjusting journal entries.
  • Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts, including researching account discrepancies.
  • Assist in financial statement preparation by generating reports from accounting software.
  • Allocate credit card expenses.
  • Email account statements for collection
  • Organize incoming mail and account statements; maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of supporting documentation for annual tax filings.
  • Support other accounting and finance functions and projects as needed.
