Job DescriptionTIG Welder
Join a leading industrial engineering and construction organization specializing in large-scale fabrication, material handling systems, and industrial equipment. We are hiring a TIG Welder to support fabrication and installation projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for welders experienced in precision work and industrial fabrication, with the ability to contribute to complex, high-quality builds.
Pay: $20–$26/hour (DOE)
Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Aurora, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom-fabricated components
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames
- Ensure all welds meet quality, safety, and project specifications
- Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet production and inspection standards
- Assist with fit-up, layout, and assembly of fabricated components
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job
- Follow strict safety protocols in a production and construction environment
- Collaborate with fabrication, installation, and engineering teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- TIG welding experience required (industrial or fabrication environment strongly preferred)
- Ability to read and work from complex technical drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and/or structural metals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with a production or heavy industrial environment is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
