Job Description
Davita digital product team plays a key role in powering our kidney care platform, and we’re growing! We’re looking for a Product Manager to define vision, strategy, and OKRs for key product areas and drive outcomes that solve real business problems. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions across multiple applications and user groups.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery (45%)
- Lead product discovery through delivery.
- Collaborate with business partners, designers, engineers, and users to meet business goals.
- Conduct story mapping, manage cross-team dependencies, and support roadmap and sprint planning.
- Ensure compliance with legal, security, and risk requirements.
- Support creation of user-facing communications on new features.
Discovery & Strategy (30%)
- Partner with product leadership on product vision and strategy.
- Work with engineering and UX to uncover user needs and validate concepts through testing.
- Conduct user interviews/shadowing and collaborate with clinical, operations, and business teams.
- Understand business problems and develop user-centered solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making (15%)
- Define and track OKRs.
- Use product analytics to form hypotheses, prioritize features, and monitor performance.
- Align feature development to measurable outcomes.
Other Duties (10%)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4–6 years of product management experience in an agile, digital environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and learn new domains quickly.
- Preferred: Health tech experience, 0–1 product development, writing user stories, or experience with EHRs, nephrology, or renal care.
