**1st Shift Position** M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read job orders and perform within the quality standards of the assembly process
- Soldering wires/ components together
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Perform testing and inspecting at various points to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
- Report problems with quality processes, equipment and material to team lead
- Ensure productivity goal is met daily
- Report nonconforming materials or assembled units
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
- Familiar with assembly tools and equipment
- Experience with soldering
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
