Responsibilities
· Conduct laboratory tests to assist scientists in making qualitative or quantitative analyses of materials using techniques such as (chromatography, spectroscopy, and microscopy). <- Delete out
· Sample prep/cutting/hand tools/QC/Strength testing/tensil/physical prop.
· Perform routine analyses to check accuracy, applicability, and reasonableness of test data.
· Record data and prepares simple charts or graphs.
· Accurately follow work instructions along with established operating procedures and test methods.
· Maintain and clean laboratory instruments or equipment.
· Provide and maintain safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams and by conducting laboratory/plant safety audits.
· Provide technical support or assistance to engineers
· Test Sheets/ (heavy project exposure and management)
Qualifications & Experience:
· 1-3 years of related laboratory experience
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Associates Degree or related work experience preferred.
· High School Matriculation
· Technical Diploma

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Physical Requirements:
· Continuously stand up to 4 hours.
· Walking short distances through the department/building.
· Use hands/arms to pick and carry product and operate required equipment.
· Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
· Speak in English with or without an assistive device.
· Hear with or without an assistive device.
· Read and write legibly. Including very small print.
· Listen to information, and follow directions provided through an electronic headset.
· Continuously stand, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, scanning, counting, keying orders, cleaning, carrying, and move freight. Including repetitive motion.
