In this role, you will engage directly with business owners, identifying patterns across interactions to inform AI training and product development. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our systems, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake conversations with business owners to gather accurate and actionable information.
• Analyze patterns from conversations to identify critical insights and recurring edge cases.
• Classify and label AI training data to ensure engineers can address anomalies effectively.
• Review and refine rules engine logic, ensuring systems handle real-world variations accurately.
• Perform quality assurance on AI-handled calls, identifying gaps and providing feedback to improve performance.
• Document findings and create structured training materials and playbooks to support team scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize automation opportunities and refine processes.
• Provide recommendations that influence product decisions based on firsthand insights.• Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on high call volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Familiarity with tagging, labeling, or classifying data for AI training or similar applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse business owners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
