Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accounting or Financial Analyst to support our finance team and contribute to operational and financial excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and margins across the OpCo and branch network
• Conduct branch financial review meetings with the Finance Manager
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects, including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with the OneSource Distributors Accounting Manager on financial entries, month‐end close, allocations, and balance sheet reviews
• Manage capital asset approvals, tracking, and fixed asset accounting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Utilize Office Suite (including Power BI), Eclipse ERP, and Onestream for reporting and budgeting
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting or related experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, especially the balance sheet
• High proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Career‐minded with a desire for professional growth

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
