Comfort Advisor – HVAC Sales
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to join our growing HVAC and plumbing team. This is a high-income sales role focused on helping homeowners design the right comfort solutions for their home.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home comfort evaluations and system assessments
- Perform load calculations and ductwork inspections
- Design and present HVAC and IAQ system solutions
- Prepare estimates, financing options, and paperwork
- Explain warranties, rebates, and installation details
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-up with customers
- Take photos and build accurate job proposals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Strong HVAC or in-home sales background preferred
- Proven high-performance sales track record
- Comfortable using tablets and sales software
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-driven and professional
