A day in the life

• Help set up and operate production equipment to meet schedule demands.
• Keep watch on line performance and follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Handle routine equipment care—basic cleaning, sanitation, and light preventive maintenance.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment: pack-out, labeling, and staging.
• Work closely with your crew to hit hourly and daily production targets.
• Flag equipment issues or potential hazards right away to your supervisor.
• Join required trainings and safety talks to stay current and sharp.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical, hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Team-first mindset with clear, respectful communication.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime when needed.
