Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as a Night Shift RN! \n\nJob Description: \n- Shift: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM \n- Start Date: ASAP \n- Position Title: Clinical Nurse I, II, III, IV \n- Department: Patient Care Services \n\nPosition Summary: \nAs a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room, you will: \n- Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the age and needs of our diverse patient population. \n- Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely, adhering to unit standards. \n- Exemplify the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization. \n- Foster positive relationships with staff, physicians, patients, and families. \n\nMinimum Qualifications: \n- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. \n- Licensure: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. \n- Certifications: \n - BLS Certification (AHA) \n - ACLS Certification (AHA) \n - PALS Certification (AHA) or ENPC \n - TNCC or ATCN certification \n - CPI or Equivalent (Preferred) \n\nWeekend and Floating Requirements: \n- Rotating weekend shifts, up to 2 per 4-week schedule. \n- Possible floating to other units for patient care assistance during low census or acuity times. \n\nSkills Needed: \n- Up-to-date knowledge and skills for the specific age/type of patients served. \n- Awareness and sensitivity to patients’ rights. \n- Strong communication skills tailored to the developmental age of patients. \n\nNature of Supervision: \n- Reports to: Patient Care Director or Manager \n\nWork Environment: \n- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. \n- Clean, well-lit, smoke-free environment. \n- Flexibility required due to unexpected schedule changes and emergencies. \n\nPhysical Requirements: \n- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively. \n- Prolonged standing and walking; heavy physical effort to assist patients or move equipment. \n- Capable of reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching. \n- Normal or correctable hearing and visual acuity; manual dexterity and fine motor coordination are essential. \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
