As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on an Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate needs to be extremely organized, be able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, and comfortable utilizing applicable technologies.

Job Summary

Support the sales teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer orders, and facilitating communication between departments. This role also assists with customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through post-sale support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales teams including preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations. Coordinate scheduling for outside sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits. Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. - 45%
  • Maintain CRM system and sales databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Support sales initiatives by preparing reports, tracking metrics, and compiling data. - 20%
  • Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and service needs. - 15%
  • Handle basic customer service functions, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and escalation, when necessary. Monitor customer service platforms to ensure timely communication and resolution. - 15%
  • Perform other duties, as assigned. - 5%

Minimum Requirements

Education - High School Diploma

Experience - 0-2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong working knowledge of how to utilize and leverage Google Suite
  • Comfort with learning and utilizing different technology platforms
  • Skilled in effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of tasks where there are competing priorities
  • Skilled in professional written and oral communication
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining interpersonal working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail in every aspect of day-to-day responsibilities
  • Ability to work well with all team members in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs and react efficiently and confidently
  • Passion for learning new things and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Education - Associate's Degree

Experience - Background in sports equipment, recreation/entertainment, or facilities

Physical Demands

This position has prolonged sitting at a desk in front of a computer. Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
