Job DescriptionSit Down Forklift Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and hard-working Sit Down Forklift Operator with clamp experience for a fast-paced 3PL logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. This company specializes in transportation, distribution, and logistics services, supporting a variety of customers with efficient supply chain solutions.
Pay Rate
$16.50 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)
Sit Down Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities• Operate sit-down forklift with clamp attachment to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently
• Handle product requiring clamp attachment, including pallets, boxes, and various warehouse materials
• Perform inventory moves, replenishment, and order fulfillment as needed
• Inspect forklift daily and report any safety, mechanical, or maintenance issues
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Clamp attachment experience strongly preferred
Sit Down Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements• 4+ years of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred• Experience working in a warehouse/3PL setting, including handling supersacks, a plus• Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and organization
