What You’ll Do
As a Barista at Red Maple, you’ll be at the heart of our café, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. - Assisting customers with menu selections, including our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment. - Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service. - Upholding Red Maple’s commitment to quality and consistency in every cup.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Barista with: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and customer service. - A friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
