Job DescriptionRussell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our top financial services client. This role is working in Minneapolis, MN with a hybrid schedule. We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Early Careers Sourcing Associate to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the recruitment and selection process for our Early Careers programs.

Pay: $25 - 30 per hour on W2
Duration: 3 month contact, possible extension
Location: Onsite in Minnepolis, MN. 4 days per week in office, 1 day remote.

Job Description:
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, campus recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition.

Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Assist in sourcing and engaging with top early-career talent through online job boards, campus networks, social media, and other platforms.
  • Manage Candidate Pipelines: Maintain and manage candidate databases, ensuring consistent communication and timely updates to all applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist with Marketing and Communications: Help create and distribute engaging marketing materials (e.g., brochures, online content, job descriptions) that promote our early careers programs.
