Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting located in Ewa Beach, HI. This role focuses on delivering remote speech and language therapy to support students communication development in an educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct teletherapy sessions to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to track student progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards related to telepractice
- Utilize technology platforms effectively to engage students during virtual sessions
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or training in telespeech or telepractice service delivery
- Strong understanding of speech and language development within a school-aged population
- Excellent communication skills tailored for virtual interactions
- Ability to manage caseloads independently while maintaining high-quality therapeutic services
