You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that works tirelessly to ensure every individual receives the care and resources they need to move forward.What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans for victims of crime.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for clients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care across legal, social, and health services.
- Maintain detailed, accurate case notes and documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Travel locally to schools, hospitals, and police departments as needed to meet clients where they are.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in trauma-informed care.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a therapist in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing therapy or counseling services.
- Clinical expertise in crisis intervention and short- and long-term therapy for individuals and/or families.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and crisis intervention techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally competent service delivery.
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate client treatment plans independently and as part of a team.
