AWA Coatings, LLC is a premier provider of permanent, high-performance lifetime protective coatings for residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida. Our products offer permanent protection for concrete surfaces, garages, and exteriors. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a hungry, aggressive Player-Coach to build our field marketing and door-to-door canvassing department from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is not an office job or a position where you sit in a truck monitoring a GPS tracking app. You are a builder. In Month 1, you will lead from the front, hitting the field to personally master our script and prove the territory. In Month 2 and beyond, you will use your frontline success to recruit, hire, train, and manage your own army of entry-level field marketers.

Core Responsibilities
- Phase 1 (The Foundation): Spend your first 30 days in the field establishing the script, learning the Central Florida target demographics, and personally setting high-quality coating demo appointments.
- Phase 2 (The Build): Take control of our recruiting platforms to screen, interview, and onboard a team of 4–8 energetic, frontline field marketing representatives.
- Phase 3 (The Scale): Transition into a management role, splitting your time between running high-energy morning meetings, executing side-by-side field ride-alongs, and managing neighborhood territory routing.
Position Requirements
- 2+ Years of Frontline D2D Experience: Proven success in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing (Roofing, solar, pest control, or home improvement experience is highly preferred).
- The "Player-Coach" Mindset: A fierce work ethic and the willingness to knock doors side-by-side with your reps to show them how it's done.
- Recruiting Intuition: The ability to spot, hire, and motivate competitive, high-energy individuals (athletes, students, restaurant workers).
- Clean Logistics: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- Florida Schedule: Availability to work prime canvassing hours, including late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
