Community Outreach Coordinator
Seeking a marketing professional to lead marketing efforts for a Family Chiropractic office in Boynton Beach with an excellent reputation!
Note: this is not a position to work from home on a computer doing SEO, META ads, Google, or website modifications behind the scenes (these tasks are outsourced to third-party’s). This is an ON-SITE position that involves interpersonal communication and interaction with others.

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our outreach and grow our patient base.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our chiropractic services and enhance our brand presence. This role will involve creating marketing materials, coordinating events, and analyzing marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote chiropractic services and wellness programs.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives, health fairs, and patient appreciation events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with patient care goals.
- Assist in managing the office’s online reputation through review platforms and patient feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Schedule Corporate Lunch-n-Learns for the Doctor(s) to present at
- Coordinate and execute Spinal Health Screenings in the local community
- Proficient with Canva and Publisher to design and make creative marketing materials
- Monthly office themes that correlate with artistic chalk board designs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of chiropractic care.
