Essential duties include:
<ul>
<li>Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.</li>
<li>Communicates with the attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.</li>
<li>Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms. Report changes in patient condition and need to the RN</li>
<li>Great time management skills</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing</li>
<li>Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>Must be able to work 12-hour shifts</li>
<li>Have dependable transportation</li>
