How You Will Make An Impact:

• Drive enhancements to Trade Finance and Loan reporting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency
• Translate complex business requirements into clear IT and functional specifications
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead documentation efforts, including requirement gathering and functional design
• Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system outputs meet business needs
• Provide subject matter expertise on Eximbills Enterprise (EE) during upgrades and enhancements
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, practical solutions

Are you a proven Trade Finance and Eximbills Enterprise expert ready to make an impact?

• 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance operations (LCs, guarantees, loans)
• Hands-on experience with Eximbills Enterprise (EE), including reporting and system functionalities
• Proven track record supporting EE implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects
• Strong experience writing functional specifications and IT requirement documents
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting UAT efforts
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
