Position Overview: Lead compassionate mental health care in rural Minnesota and help shape the future of behavioral health services. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage mental health conditions.
  • Develop treatment plans that may include medication and therapy.
  • Collaborate with primary care and community organizations to support mental wellness.
  • Use innovative approaches to expand access and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
  • Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
  • Strong communication skills and interest in rural mental health care.

Salary Range: $260,000 - $340,000 for a 1.0 FTE position; Actual compensation is dependent on factors such as experience, training, specialty certifications, and market conditions.
