Customer Account Specialist Pharmacy Technician
Location: Hybrid - Corporate Headquarters Maple Grove, MN
Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Office in Maple Grove, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to grow their career in a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: MondayFriday (no evenings or weekends)
- Environment: Professional office setting with hybrid options

- Purpose: Support patient care by ensuring accurate billing, account management, and exceptional customer service
Core Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
- Research, bill, and reconcile claims to insurance companies and responsible parties
- Manage account balances, payments, and refunds
- Ensure accuracy of customer accounts while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Learn and apply new technologies and systems including TWRx, PeopleSoft, OnBase, and MNITS

- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Pharmacy Technician or insurance billing experience
