Position Summary:
I&B Medical Associates is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and visibility of our medical centers. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and community outreach initiatives to increase patient membership, strengthen community relationships, and promote the services of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to support patient growth and retention
- Organize community outreach events, health fairs, open houses, and educational seminars
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners such as churches, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and local organizations
- Coordinate mailer campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing inventory
- Assist with social media coordination, website updates, and online presence
- Track and report marketing activities, new patient enrollment sources, and campaign performance
- Work closely with the operations and management team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
- Support brokers and insurance representatives with marketing materials and events
- Help coordinate patient engagement activities and wellness center events
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and locations
- Assist with Google review initiatives and online reputation management
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in the community and representing the organization at events
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, social media platforms)
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Creole or English/Spanish) preferred

- New patient enrollments generated from marketing activities
- Number of community events and outreach activities per month
- Growth in patient membership
- Number of new community partnerships established
- Social media and online engagement growth
- Google reviews generated monthly

Work Schedule:
Full-time position with occasional evenings or weekends for community events.

The primary goal of this role is to support the growth of the organization by increasing patient membership, strengthening community presence, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of I&B Medical Associates.
