We are looking to hire a ("2 Production Line Lead) for our manufacturing company, located in Miami Lakes, FL. This is a PM shift; Monday through Friday, 4:15 pm - 12:30 am, Monday through Friday. The leads are responsible for the assembly department, overseeing and coordinating a team of assemblers and touch-up agents in the framing department to ensure high-quality and efficient production. The leads ensure daily production goals are met, maintain quality standards, support training and development of team members, and communicate effectively with supervisors/managers and cross-functional departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory position is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, exposure to loud noises, machinery, and varying temperatures. PPE may be required.
