Position #1: Roofing Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Conduct roof inspections for storm damage (hail/wind)
- Generate and close roofing sales through insurance claims
- Work with homeowners and adjusters throughout the process
- Manage pipeline and follow up on provided leads
- Close deals and maximize commissions
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or insurance a plus)
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Self-motivated with high income goals
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing projects from start to finish
- Schedule crews, deliveries, and job timelines
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Communicate with homeowners and sales team
- Perform final walkthroughs and job completion
Requirements:
- Roofing or construction management experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Valid driver’s license
