Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Utica, NY
Type: Contract (Travel/Local)
Shift: Day Shift | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: 4x10 Hours
Hours: 40 hrs/week

Position Overview:
The Surgical Technologist supports surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR setting, assisting with trauma and neuro cases while ensuring sterile technique and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Assist surgeons during procedures (General, Trauma, Neuro, Robotic)
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment
• Handle instruments and support intraoperative needs
• Work with pediatric through adult patient populations
• Operate and assist with Da Vinci robotic system

Requirements:
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA or NCCT) – Required
• Minimum 2+ years experience – Required
• Scrub experience – Required
• Trauma & Neuro experience – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Experience with Epic EMR – Preferred
