We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional scratch-made dishes with creativity and precision. Our team takes pride in crafting quality food from the ground up, and we are looking for an Executive Chef who shares our passion for excellence and leadership. Currently we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or higher, and a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchen operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and team morale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and plating
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of 12 kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with management on menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large kitchen team
- Expertise in scratch cooking with a focus on quality, consistency, and creativity
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
