A Per Diem outpatient pharmacist opportunity is available in Humboldt, IA, offering flexible scheduling for professionals seeking PRN coverage. This position provides a work environment focused on delivering quality pharmaceutical care with a manageable workload in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify a low volume of prescriptions, averaging around 40 per day
- Provide thorough patient counseling to ensure understanding and safe medication use
- Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacist license in Iowa
- Previous pharmacist experience, particularly in retail or outpatient settings
Schedule:
- June 12th: 8 AM – 5 PM
- June 18th-19th (no technician support): 8 AM – 5 PM
- July 17th: 1 PM – 5 PM
- July 31st: 8 AM – 5 PM
Additional Details:
- Housing and mileage expenses will be passed through
- Competitive pay range between $65-$67 per hour
