Title: Customer Service Representative /Dispatcher

Location: CA 95697

Schedule: 11AM-730PM Mon-Sat (thursday off)

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused check-in-clerk / Customer Service Representative to support daily logistics and customer communication operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct driver check-ins and assist with dispatch coordination
  • Review delivery photos and verify delivery completion details
  • Manage schedules and update dispatch information as needed
  • Respond professionally to incoming calls and emails
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on issues
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and email management skills
