Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatrist for Family Care Health Centers in St. Louis, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing behavioral healthcare for children and adults.
• Develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with primary care providers, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and integrated behavioral health teams.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral health education, and evidence-based psychiatric care within a collaborative outpatient practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation utilizing Epic electronic medical records.
• Practice within an integrated Federally Qualified Health Center committed to expanding behavioral healthcare access throughout underserved communities.
• Choose between a traditional five-day schedule or a flexible four-day workweek.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive annual salary from $195,000-$295,000 based on experience.

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry or integrated behavioral health preferred.
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
