What We Are Looking For
The Marketing Manager facilitates the production of all marketing campaigns, projects, collateral, website, and event material, and oversees brand reputation, social media, and digital marketing efforts for the Marketing department. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and Fund Development on the day-to-day facilitation of projects by organizing the workflow and aligning internal and external projects to meet the overall strategic plan of the department and organization.
Creates, evaluates, and improves digital and print collateral that supports marketing goals for assigned company brands. Ensures content development occurs congruent to branding guidelines for assigned brands and
projects.

- Supervises the day-to-day activities of all marketing platforms including marketing campaigns, social media projects, websites, and marketing tools.
- Oversees brand reputation for assigned brands ensuring all reviews are responded to and internal teams are involved in the response process.
- Oversees Marketing budget for assigned brands ensuring all projects are within budget.
- Works with vendors on various marketing projects and collateral to ensure accuracy and proper delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- Two years of professional social media experience
- Two years of design experience
- Two years of project coordination experience
