POSITION SUMMARY

Warner Gaming is seeking a highly analytical and operationally focused Planning & Analysis Manager to support enterprise-wide decision-making across existing casino operations and new development projects. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Operations and property leadership teams, delivering data-driven insights that enhance performance, optimize profitability, and guide investment decisions.

The ideal candidate blends strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of casino operations, including gaming, non-gaming, and customer behavior.

This position will also perform duties associated with regulatory compliance and operations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Warner Gaming policies, practices, and procedures.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational Analytics & Performance Management

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance across gaming and non-gaming departments (slots, table games, F&B, hotel, etc.)
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track property and enterprise performance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with property teams to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation

Strategic & Financial Analysis

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Build financial and operational models to evaluate business initiatives and capital investments
  • Conduct ROI analysis on marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational changes
  • Assist in pricing and yield strategies across gaming and hospitality segments

New Development & Project Support

  • Support feasibility studies, market analysis, and pro forma development for new casino projects
  • Analyze competitive markets, customer segmentation, and demand drivers
  • Collaborate with development, design, and finance teams to inform project strategy
  • Assist in pre-opening planning, including staffing models, operating assumptions, and revenue forecasts

Data Management & Tools

  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Leverage tools and casino management systems to deliver insights
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between operations, finance, marketing, and IT teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner
  • Support a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 1-7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or operations, preferably within the gaming, hospitality, or resort industry
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling required)
  • Familiarity with SQL, database management, and large datasets preferred
  • Experience with casino systems (e.g., slot systems, player tracking, hotel PMS) is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Business acumen with understanding of casino and hospitality operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills to function effectively with attention to detail while performing multiple work assignments and meeting established deadlines.
  • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
  • Able to work more than 50 hours per week, including responding to phone calls and emails after hours and during weekends.
  • Able to be self-motivated and possess the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment which may include travel, working alone or in a team.
