EdiFi Credit Union Urgently Seeking Branch Manager Full Time - Bilingual English & Spanish Preferred

At EdiFi's Egg Harbor Twp. Branch Location

Starting Annual Salary $55,000; Commensurate with Experience

A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager

Our branch managers carry out EdiFi's mission and vision everyday. They oversee all daily branch operations, train and mentor team members to meet and exceed performance standards, and deliver consistent, exceptional service to our members. They enthusiastically offer our products and services, educating members about the values of credit union membership.

Job Qualifications & Educational/Training Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
5 + years of supervisory experience required in a financial institution branch environment, credit union preferred.
Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff in a financial services environment.
Demonstrated success in achieving branch sales, service, and incentive and operational performance goals.
Strong background in member service, account opening, lending support, and transaction operations.
Prior experience driving membership growth, engagement, and community outreach.
Experience handling escalated member and personnel issues

Branch Lobby Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday's: 9:00am to 1:00pm.
