Montessori Autism Programs & Services (MAPS) is looking for a BCBA who wants to lead clinical care, mentor others, and help shape how we support children and families. Our El Dorado Hills center combines ABA with naturalistic teaching, play, peer interaction, and Montessori-inspired approaches.
What you’ll do

Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.

Use progress data to adjust plans when a child needs a different approach.

Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level supervisors.

Partner with families, educators, and other professionals.

Provide parent training, clinical supervision, and team workshops.

Contribute to program development, clinical decisions, and team growth.
You’ll work alongside other BCBAs and have opportunities to bring your ideas to the table.
What you’ll bring

A master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

Active BCBA certification

At least two years of ABA or related clinical experience

Strong skills in assessment, data-informed planning, communication, and supervision

A valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, CPR/First Aid certification, TB clearance, fingerprint clearance, and required immunization documentation
Experience with naturalistic developmental interventions, Pivotal Response Training, peer-mediated intervention, developmental play, or Montessori approaches is a plus.
Pay and benefits

$87,032-$103,224 annually for a full-time schedule; compensation does not change based on direct versus indirect hours

Center hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
