Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Perform well-child exams, preventive care, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up.
- Educate families on child development, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the electronic medical record system.
- Build long-term relationships with children and families within a mission-driven community health organization.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary from $178,500-$206,500.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
