Primary Purpose:

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll act as an inspirational leader to the customer service members. You'll assist in developing and maintaining performance standards, measurements, and corrective devices all geared towards accomplishing goals and objectives. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll also conduct initial and ongoing training of your team while holding the group accountable to departmental KPIs. You'll also frequently report to leadership, examine ways to increase quality, and overall ensure compliance with company policies.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.

Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.

Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.

Hire and train new customer service agents.

Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Requirements:

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Previous Pest Control Experience a plus

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions: Office Environment
