Job Description Sunland Acres Boarding, Training & Grooming Sunland Acres is looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join our growing team in a dual-role position that combines hands-on kennel care with front desk client service.

Responsibilities: ● Daily kennel care (feeding, cleaning, sanitizing, monitoring dog health & behavior) ● Safe handling of dogs of all sizes and temperaments ● Assisting with dog movement for boarding, grooming, and training ● Greeting clients and managing check-in/check-out process ● Answering phones and booking services ● Processing payments and maintaining client records ● Educating clients on boarding, training, and enrichment services ● Supporting upselling of add-on services and packages
Qualifications: ● Experience working with dogs required ● Customer service or front desk experience preferred ● Sales experience strongly preferred ● Basic computer/software knowledge required ● Strong communication and multitasking skills ● Weekend and holiday availability required
