Do you love turning drawings and specs into actionable cost models that drive real-world impact? As a Construction Estimator at Absher, you'll play a vital role in shaping our projects from the earliest stages. You'll be a key part of the team that builds out full-scope estimates, coordinates subcontractor bids, and helps position Absher to win exciting, high-impact work.

What You'll Do

• Develop full-scope estimates based on final construction documents
• Coordinate proposal and bid efforts, including subcontractor outreach
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs across a variety of trades and enter data into our estimating software
• Collaborate with the Lead and Chief Estimator to review unit pricing, pursuit strategy, and final proposals

What sets you up for success:

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field — OR 5+ years of relevant construction experience
• Prior estimating or project management experience in commercial construction preferred
• Familiarity with estimating software and the ability to interpret scopes of work
• A proactive, competitive mindset and a passion for precision
• A strong commitment to teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.

Pay Transparency $80,000—$120,000 USD
