We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.
SHIFT: 3pm - 1am WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIS SHIFT
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Lead and support production staff while fostering a team-first culture
• Monitor production schedules, address delays, and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to support business needs outside core hours when necessary
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus
