Chiropractor
Location: Green Bay, WI
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | No on-call or overnight shifts
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible Schedule
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Chiropractor to join a modern, patient-centered care model focused on performance, recovery, and long-term health optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapies and treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols

Perform biomechanical, gait, and body composition assessments

Provide rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and functional exercise programs
-
Monitor patient progress and support follow-ups and re-evaluations
-
Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
-
Communicate effectively with the care team regarding treatment updates and patient progress
-
Advocate for patient well-being and ensure a high-quality patient experience
-
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with therapies and best practices

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of therapy equipment
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage patient schedules while maintaining quality of care
