Stonegate Center is a Christian-based addiction rehabilitation center that operates four specialized facilities: a women's only center, a men's only center, a medical detox unit, and a sober living facility. Our mission is to support individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction through comprehensive recovery programs that emphasize spiritual growth and the 12-step approach.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or dual-certified NP (FNP/PMHNP) to join our clinical team at Stonegate Center. This role is integral to supporting the physical and mental health needs of our clients as they progress through recovery. You will provide primary care and/or psychiatric services based on your licensure, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment that incorporates faith-based principles into holistic treatment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical and/or psychiatric assessments for residents, depending on credentials.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical, clinical, and recovery teams.
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions, including mental health and substance use disorders.
- Prescribe and manage medications for physical and/or psychiatric needs as appropriate.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, mental wellness, and health maintenance strategies.
- Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Document all patient interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Support and integrate spiritual care and Christian values within the therapeutic process.
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the detox, residential, and sober living teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure and board certification as one of the following:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Dual-certified FNP/PMHNP (preferred)
- Strong understanding of addiction medicine, mental health disorders, and primary care principles.
- Experience in residential or addiction treatment settings is highly desirable.
- Commitment to evidence-based care integrated with Christian values and the 12-step model.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with co-occurring disorders (mental health + substance use).
- Comfort with both primary care and psychiatric populations in a residential setting.
- Knowledge of detox protocols, MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), and relapse prevention.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $139,611.00 per year
