A Day in the Life

As a full-time Residential Plumber, you will spend your week servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems inside local San Antonio homes. You will start your day with a clear schedule of dispatched service calls-ranging from diagnosing tricky slab leaks and replacing worn-out valves to performing standard water heater change-outs and fixture upgrades.

You will have the support of a back-office team that handles the scheduling and logistics, leaving you free to focus entirely on your craft. On-site, you will evaluate the issue, present clear options to the homeowner, complete the repair with precision, and document the job cleanly before moving on to your next scheduled stop.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for clean, professional tradespeople who take pride in their craftsmanship and know how to treat a homeowner's property with respect.

• Licensing: Active Texas Tradesman OR Journeyman Plumber License in good standing.

• Residential Expertise: Proven experience with home plumbing systems, fixtures, and water lines (diagnosing leaks, water heater replacements, faucets, valves, and residential drains).

• Code & Safety: Solid, working knowledge of Texas residential plumbing codes and standard safety regulations.

• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional presence when interacting face-to-face with local homeowners.

• Logistics: Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a basic set of plumbing tools, and a reliable vehicle for daily dispatch (unless a company truck is provided).

Knowledge & Skills Summary

• Active Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber License

• Strong background in residential service, troubleshooting, and in-home plumbing repairs

• Proficient in replacing residential water heaters, faucets, valves, and clearing drains

• High-level independent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized job site inside a customer's home

• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for daily dispatching and documenting completed work
