Job Description

Job DescriptionDescription:

Shape the future of nursing. Teach with purpose. Grow with us.

Join Us in Transforming Nursing Education

At Joyce University, teaching is more than a profession — it’s a calling grounded in care, integrity, and a deep belief in human potential. Since 1979, our mission has remained constant: every student can, should, and will succeed. That promise extends to our people, too.

We’re proud to be recognized among Utah’s Best Companies to Work For, but what truly defines us is our culture — one built on empathy, service, learning, and connection. We invest intentionally in your growth, your well-being, and your purpose, because when our people thrive, our students do too.

As a Professor in our School of Nursing, you’ll join a team of educators committed to excellence, innovation, and genuine care. Your expertise will empower future nurses. Your voice will shape their training. And together, we’ll strengthen the future of healthcare.

Because together, we are stronger. Together, we are Joyce.
