Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license.
- ESA Certification required.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in a school-based setting.
