Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join its thriving women’s health team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

This full-time position offers an excellent blend of obstetric and gynecologic care, supported by experienced nursing staff, certified nurse midwives, and advanced practice providers. The role provides an opportunity to practice the full spectrum of women’s health care within a collegial, patient-focused environment that values quality outcomes, teamwork, and professional growth.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across all age groups.

  • Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including deliveries.

  • Perform in-office procedures and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries.

  • Conduct preventive health screenings and address reproductive health concerns.

  • Collaborate with midwives, nurse practitioners, and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous coverage for patients.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, education, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

  • Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology; eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.

  • Experience: Previous OB/GYN experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
