Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing end-to-end supply chain processes, customer support, and coordination of international freight and imports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Master and enforce company processes and procedures
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory
- Devise solutions to logistical and operational challenges, proactively establishing processes to prevent future bottlenecks
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate container imports with US customs brokers
- Negotiate, review, and acquire domestic and international freight rates
- Collaborate with sellers, buyers, craters, and freight forwarders to coordinate crating and shipping activities
- Set up new customers and vendors accurately and efficiently
- Generate, review, and communicate customer reports, fulfillment updates, and financial standings or open invoices
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure timely vendor and export partner payments
- Maintain and update the company website
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Experience:

- 2-3+ years in sales operations, logistics, or a related environment
- Exposure to international business relations a plus
- Knowledge & Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Smartsheets
- Ability to understand and execute processes precisely

Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily remote, focused on operational execution, customer service, and global communication. Occasional domestic travel may be required for industry events or meetings with sellers and buyers.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Approximately 95% remote work in a home office setting
- Attendance at industry trainings or events as needed
- Flexibility to perform other duties as workload and opportunities require
Compensation:
Competitive salary plus a monthly performance bonus
