Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Experience working in school settings (Pre-K through 8th grade preferred)
- Skillful in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
- Strong organizational abilities for managing caseloads across 3–4 sites
- Familiarity with IEP processes and pediatric communication disorders a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports per school and state guidelines
- Engage in school meetings and provide consultation as needed
