Lead with Purpose: Supervise and guide construction teams on residential projects that provide safe, quality housing for our community's most vulnerable residents. From framing to finishing, you'll oversee every aspect of construction and remodeling projects that truly matter. Execute diverse construction tasks requiring your extensive knowledge of residential building trades, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Share your wealth of experience by training and instructing junior team members, helping them grow their skills while maintaining exceptional workmanship standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience That Matters:

• 7+ years comprehensive residential construction and remodeling experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Deep expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and tile installation

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly works near mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and construction-related chemicals. 99% of time is spent working at job sites. Substantial driving is required. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. Noise level is generally loud, when operating machinery and power tools. Must be able to quickly move arms and legs. Excellent stamina required.
